  • Outdoor viewing decks: Open to all ticket types; cannot be reserved

Fireworks Viewing & River Traffic

  • Exclusion Zone: Hungerford Railway Bridge – Westminster Bridge
  • Vessels positioned near the London Eye; final position determined by Captain based on tides, river conditions, and official advice
  • Fireworks display organised by a third party and at the discretion of the Mayor of London
  • No refunds for cancellations, postponements, or changes to the display

Drinks Included

  • Beer, cider, wine (by the glass), prosecco (by the glass) and soft drinks
  • Drinks replaced once finished
  • Guests must drink responsibly; management may refuse service
  • Bar closes 15 minutes before return; alcohol will not be served at the pier
