Boarding Information & Timings
- All passengers must present a valid ticket and photo ID at the boarding gate.
- Allow extra travel time due to road closures and station disruptions.
- Cruise runs on a strict timetable; late arrivals cannot board.
- Groups must arrive together.
- Cruise runs regardless of weather; outdoor decks are unsheltered - warm clothing recommended.
Ticket Types
- Standard Ticket: Standing / unreserved seating
- Silver VIP Balcony Package: Table reserved on balcony (not at a window)
- Gold VIP Balcony Package: Table reserved on balcony (at a window)
- Outdoor viewing decks: Open to all ticket types; cannot be reserved
Fireworks Viewing & River Traffic
- Exclusion Zone: Hungerford Railway Bridge – Westminster Bridge
- Vessels positioned near the London Eye; final position determined by Captain based on tides, river conditions, and official advice
- Fireworks display organised by a third party and at the discretion of the Mayor of London
- No refunds for cancellations, postponements, or changes to the display
Drinks Included
- Beer, cider, wine (by the glass), prosecco (by the glass), house spirits & mixer, soft drinks
- Drinks replaced once finished
- Guests must drink responsibly; management may refuse service
- Bar closes 15 minutes before return; alcohol will not be served at the pier
