Important Information: New Years Eve

Boarding Information:

Tickets & ID: Each passenger must show their boat ticket and photo ID at the boarding gate.

Arrival Time: Please allow extra time to reach the pier due to road and station closures. Latecomers cannot be accommodated, and vessels will not return to the pier.

Group Bookings: All members of a group must arrive together.

Exclusion Zone:

Please note that an exclusion zone will be in place on the River Thames on New Year’s Eve between Hungerford Railway Bridge and Westminster Bridge.

Our vessels will be positioned on either side of these bridges, providing a spectacular view of the fireworks from the side of the London Eye. While this isn’t a direct front-on view, it still promises a memorable experience.

Due to the high volume of river traffic, the exact location of the vessel cannot be guaranteed. The Captain will decide the final position on the night and will make every effort to secure the best possible vantage point for the fireworks display.

The firework display takes place at the discretion of the Mayor of London. Whilst every endeavour to achieve a view of the fireworks will be made the positioning of the boat is entirely at the Captain's discretion based on tides, river conditions or any other circumstances relating to the evening or advice received from the authorities.

The New Year's Eve event is organised by a third party and the display itself is outside the control of London Party Boats.  In the event of cancellation or postponement of the display, London Party Boats is under no obligation to extend a refund of the ticket purchase price.
