Boarding Information & Timings

- Allow extra travel time due to road closures and station disruptions.
- Cruise runs on a strict timetable; late arrivals cannot board.
- Groups must arrive together.
- Cruise runs regardless of weather; outdoor viewing deck is unsheltered — warm clothing recommended
Fireworks Viewing & River Positioning
- Exclusion Zone: Hungerford Railway Bridge to Westminster Bridge
- Vessels positioned near the London Eye; exact location depends on tides, river traffic, and official instructions.
- Fireworks display organised by a third party and at the discretion of the Mayor of London.
- No refunds for cancellations, postponements, or changes to the display.
Drinks Included
- Beer, cider, wine (by the glass), prosecco (by the glass), soft drinks.
- Drinks will be replaced once finished.
- Guests must drink responsibly; management may refuse service.
- Bar closes 15 minutes before return; no alcohol served at the pier.

- Special dietary requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free) must be submitted to sales@londonpartyboats.co.uk by Friday 19th December 2025.
