Boarding begins at least 15 minutes before the departure time shown on your ticket. The cruise runs to a strict timetable and cannot wait for late arrivals. Once the boat has departed, it cannot return to collect passengers. Refunds will not be offered if you miss the cruise.

The cruise operates regardless of the weather. Our vessels have enclosed areas that provide shelter from wind, rain and snow. The outdoor viewing deck is not sheltered.

We reserve the right to substitute another boat or, where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it, cancel or amend the booking. We will not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses you incur as a result.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Dietary Requirements

We cannot guarantee that products are free from nuts or traces of nuts. If you have any special dietary requirements, including gluten-free or dairy-free options, please email sales@londonpartyboats.co.uk.

All dietary requests and menu choices must be received at least 7 days before departure. We cannot accommodate special dietary requests received after this deadline. We will endeavour to provide the advertised menu but reserve the right to substitute items of a similar value.

Step aboard for an unforgettable evening of festive cheer on our flagship vessel, the Jewel of London. Your four-hour Christmas cruise begins with a sparkling glass of Prosecco on arrival, setting the tone for a night to remember.

Once onboard, settle into your reserved table and enjoy the sights of London through large panoramic windows or from the two outdoor decks as you cruise along the iconic River Thames. The vessel is fully heated and features a stunning glass roof, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline while keeping you warm and cosy.

Soon, you’ll be served a mouth-watering three-course festive meal from our carefully curated Christmas menu (pre-order required). As you dine, take in the twinkling lights and famous landmarks of London, beautifully illuminated against the winter night sky.

After dinner, it’s time to hit the dancefloor! A live DJ will keep the party going with the best party anthems and Christmas classics, while a close-up magician adds a touch of festive magic throughout the evening.
