Private Charters FAQs

Q. Are you currently taking new bookings? 

A. Yes, we are taking new bookings. Any new bookings can book with confidence knowing that we will work with you to ensure maximum flexibility should the situation continue or change. 

Q. The date of my event is undecided, can I hold a date?

A. Yes, we can hold a date provisionally for 5 days free of charge. Should we not hear back from you after your 5-day provisional hold, this date will be released. 

Q. How do I confirm a date?

A. To confirm your booking, you will need to complete a booking form, please click here. A deposit of £250 is required to secure the date. 

Q. My current booking is scheduled before 21st June 2021, what do I do?

A. Do not worry, our sales team are currently contacting all clients to either move your charter to an alternative date or offering a full deposit refund if required. 

Q. My current booking is scheduled after 21st June 2021, what do I do?

A. At this stage, your function is outside of the official lockdown and we sincerely hope that your function will still go ahead. As such, we will keep your booking as active so if the event can go ahead, it will. Our standard T&C’s will apply. Please click here.

Q. When will my refund be processed?

A. We have a skeleton team holding the fort from their homes and we will issue refunds as quickly as possible. 

Q. I am worried about the safety of my guests once the restriction is lifted, what measures are you taking to keep me and my guests safe when onboard?

Q. Once lockdown is lifted, will there be a change in how many people can attend my event?

A.  We are keeping up to date with the government’s guidelines and will advise our clients accordingly on any new restrictions that could affect their booking.

Ticketed Events FAQs

Q. I have purchased tickets for a shared cruise that is scheduled during the lockdown, will I lose my booking?

A. Please be assured that your booking is safely stored in our system, and we will remain in communication with you over the coming months to rearrange your booking for a suitable date when you are ready. You can use your ticket on any of our shared cruises up until the end of 2022. The booking transfer will need to be a like-for-like change or can be used towards an alternative cruise of your choice (price difference will apply and balance will need to be paid before ticket is reissued). Pre-booking is essential so we can re-issue your tickets for your new date/cruise.

Q. When will my refund be processed?

A. We have a skeleton team holding the fort from their homes and we will issue refunds as quickly as possible. 

Q. I would like to buy tickets for one of your cruises but what happens if government restrictions are still in place?

A.  Should your booking be impacted by COVID restrictions  then you would be offered a change of date free of charge or a full refund within 30 days of the event.

Booking conditions relating to COVID-19

Here are the key dates as outlined by the government for our re-opening, as part of the four-step plan outlined below, which is allowing us to cautiously begin planning for a fantastic Summer 2021! 

From 12th April 2021

  • OUTDOOR BOOKINGS available for up to six people (Rule of 6) OR Two Households
  • TABLE SERVICE ONLY

From 17th May 2021

  • INDOOR BOOKINGS available for up to six people (Rule of 6) OR Two Households
  • OUTDOORS BOOKINGS available for up to 30 people from the same group
  • TABLE SERVICE ONLY

From 21st June 2021

Removal of all restrictions.

Nightclubs can reopen!

The safety of our passengers and crew is our main priority so we will be following government guidance when operating.

Social distancing restrictions will be lifted from 21st June. If the government review this and announce at a later date that there will be a delay in lifting any restrictions then some COVID-19 operating measures will remain in place.
